Cena za vysporiadanie pozemku sa neodvíja iba od jeho výmery. Odkúpenie podielu od jedného vlastníka môže vyžadovať podstatne menej krokov než usporiadanie malej záhrady, pri ktorej treba dohľadať dedičov po viacerých generáciách.
